The Life Mission project, a massive undertaking by Hon‟ble Chief Minister of Kerala involving the construction of over 5000 dwelling units, awarded us to develop 65 dwelling units in EPC mode the Vathikudi, Idukki district with deployment of pre fabricated technology with adept use of a cold-form light gauge Steel superstructure comprising of steel wall panel, trusses, and purlins. This G+3 building in area of 3600 sqm include Water supply and Sanitary arrangements, Overhead water tank, internal electrification, Sewerage & drainage up to the building limit, a firefighting system, earthing, LT panels, Provision for DG set, Solar plant, and OH tanks.
