To encourage industrial and technological development to the region, a polytechnic college was awared to our organisation by UPRNN near Lake in Nanital. The Academic block spread in the area of 3200 sq m was inaugrated in the year 2020 with a vision to provide holistic education in serene environment with futuristic vision.

We have designed the separate labratory building along with Academic Building along with MEP and Finishing work.

The main challenge was to construct with fabricated structures on hilly region, and was executed efficently by the team. With its focus on speed and scale, it was completed before expected duration.
