We have constructed the Boys Hostel and Girls Hostel for the institute including the Academic Block and Laboratory Buildings, in EPC Mode and inaugrated on 14th June 2017 for IIT Mandi. This project which is spread in area of 8500 sqm marked the first use of Light Gauge Steel Structures with dry wall cladding in the Sikkim region of Nort east. The institute has residential facilities for both the boys and girls who have been provided separate accommodation facility in different hostels. There are three 3 hostels for girl students and
3 hostels for boys students within the campus. This hostels have 2 floors consisting of 32 rooms (16 in each floor) each and has four washroom areas (2 in each floor). We have designed the separate labrotory building along with Hostel buildings for NIT srinagar. With its groundbreaking new technology features and a focus on speed and scale, the Boys Hostel stands as a landmark project, marking a significant achievement for the region of Sikkim.
