We have constructed the Boys Hostel for the Indian Institute of Technology, including the Academic Block and Laboratory Buildings, in EPC Mode and inaugrated on 14th June 2016 for IIT Mandi. This project which is spread in area of 6500 sqm done in Pre technology with dry wall cladding and heat-resistant insulation in the Kamand valley, in Mandi city of Himachal Pradesh.

The institute has 3 boys hostels in the South Campus, names as Manimahesh with 1 block, Nako with 3 blocks, and Prashar with 4 blocks. The main challenge was to construct with fabricated structures on hilly region, and was executed efficiently by the team.

We have designed the separate labratory building along with Hostel buildings for IIT Mandi. The result of our effort was a magnificent engineering marvel that leads to significant structure for Indian Institute of Technology.
