To provide decent homes for all the homeless we were entrusted for construction of multi storied apartment complexes in EPC mode for LIFE Mission chaired by Hon‟ble Chief Minister of Kerala for the total rehabilitation of landless homeless. This project has 85 dwelling units in the housing complex covering total area of 4500 sqm. This G+6 building has LGSF in combination with Pre-engineered steel structural system (PEB) technology. This project also include Water supply and Sanitary arrangements, Overhead water tank, Internal electrification, Sewerage& drainage up to building limit, Firefighting system, Earthing, LT Panels, Provision for DG set, Solar plant and OH tanks.
