We were entrusted with a challenging assignment of demolishing the structure and provide a newly built structure for Centre Public Works Department for Office building of Accounting General Office, Shimla on EPC mode and was inaugrated on 19th February in 2017.
The architecture, with area of 3500 sq m, integrates several green building elements, such as steel structure, fibre cement boards, heat-resistant insulation, and extensive landscape, with sustainability principles woven into the design along with 100% usage of green building principles.
This office building is a green landmark in the centre of the city where roof was designed in steel structure for the first time.
