This project is unique and awe-inspiring in technology and execution, as for the first time prefabricated structures were used for the residential purpose built for Uttar Pradesh Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Limited. The architecture spread in area of 4500 sq m includes the construction of Civil, MEP, & External Development of a residential complex at THDC, Pipalkoti, Uttarakhand on EPC Mode.
All the residential units have been completed with premium finishes and the community is equipped with facilities like a gymnasium, landscaped gardens, and closed car parking . This structure includes Type A quarter with 2bhk units , Type B quarter with 3bhk units and Type C quarter with 4bhk units wit total 54 units with complete MEP and Finishing work.
