To encourage skill development , UPRN awarded us for the construction of Civil, MEP & Finishing work of Girls hostel in Medical College, Champawat, Uttarakhand on EPC mode. The Academic block spread in the area of 5500 sq m was inaugurated in the year 2019 with a vision to provide holistic education in a serene environment with futuristic vision. We have designed the separate Girls hostel building along with Academic Building which has 4 floors and in total 200 rooms.

The main challenge was to construct with fabricated structures, which include PEB structures and LGSF walls on hilly region, and was executed efficiently by the team. With its focus on speed and scale, it was completed before expected duration.
